Resources
Component of the AAHA Culture Initiative
AAHA’s Culture Initiative helps veterinary teams create work environments that foster wellbeing with a range of resources beginning at the most local level—your hospital.
The first step for AAHA-accredited members is to schedule a RACE-approved practice culture review session to get personalized recommendations (and free lunch) and then to gather feedback from staff using the NEXUS Experience™ survey. But what do you do with the results?
That’s where the online practice management community comes in with a library of resources, such as the Agenda Builder™ to create meetings that team members will actually want to attend. And to track your team’s goals and progress through the Energy Plan tool.
Strong practice cultures require leadership, so AAHA members get discounted access to executive resources to improve management skills, along with staff-facing videos, learning modules, and downloadable resources to implement positive change.
At any time, please explore AAHA’s free resources to learn more about practice culture and start realizing what a healthy culture can do for you, your team, and your practice.
