To get started, email the following information to Staples Advantage:

1. Practice name and address (include all addresses if you have multiple locations)
2. Number of staff members/employees in your practice
3. Estimated monthly office and facility product expenditures
4. Name of your current office and facility products suppliers

Once your information is received, Staples Advantage will create a unique ID and Password for your practice so you can order directly from the extensive online product catalog.

Staff orders require credit card payment. Orders for your practice can be paid by credit card or, if you prefer, Staples Advantage can arrange for monthly billing (additional information may be required).
